New Swimmers and Returning YMCA
Swimmers: WBSC registration will be held at the West
Bend High School Pool on Tuesday, September 7th from 6-7pm.
All other Returning
Swimmers: WBSC registration wil be held at the high school
on Wednesday, September 8th from 6:30-7:30pm.

available by clicking
on the Documents tab at the top or this page.
All New
Swimmers need to fill out the
emergency form, new swimmer registration
form, and fee worksheet along with the
code of conduct and work requirment
form. Please
note if you have more than one swimmer please use the multi
swimmer fee worksheet to calculate the fee.
All returning
swimmers need to fill out the fee
worksheet and inform us if there are any changes in your
personal information. We will also update the code of
conduct and work requirement form at this
time.
The USS fee is also due for all swimmers at the
start of the Fall session.
